On Monday I went to Cigar man at TD place . Guy that works there was just sitting chewing a on a cigar and seemed stoned. After I asked him about a recommendation he woke up and growled that he does not make recommendations then went back into his haze. So what is he there for? I just left and will never be back. Fix your problems.
