Watch out! This store in the Tanger outlets in Ottawa impose their own rules with regards to the Tanger outlet coupons. The coupon clearly states "valid on regular and sale-priced merchandise' yet they claim their items are on "special and not on sale" making the coupon ineligible for use. They have a sign that says "coupons don't apply on clearance and special items" What a pathetic way of baiting patrons in to the store by having their name in this coupon program yet not honoring it fully. I asked the attendant exactly what the coupon be used for? He explained that it can be used for regular priced items but completely struggled to explain how it didn't apply on "special priced 20% off items" items that are clearly on sale; at least that's what other NORMAL stores would call it. Due to his inability to explain, he proceeded to call the store owner/manager but to no avail. He just said, "I don't know, I don't make the rules". Folks, don't bother shopping here!
