Hi today I went to visit the Michael kors outlet and I was very disappointed with the costumer service I recieved. After picking out my purse and wallet I walked up to the cash and noticed the two cashier's just talking and ignoring me. I waiting about 4 min before they even acknowledged me. I then asked her how much it was and she told me the total after discount. She then continued to talk and then walked away to do something else. The other other girl which looked middle eastern and very grumpy was about to take the next person when I looked at her and said can I pay for this . She kind of made a face and told me the total without any apology. She then pushed the bag on the counter towards me and moved on to the next person without saying thank you or have a nice day. For the amount of money I spend today I was very disappointed with the costumer service I recieved and would not recommend it to others unless they make improvements to the ladies that work there.
