Went there with my wife and had the usual fantastic service I always receive at Asics - in Canada and the US. Knowledgeable employees who know the right questions to ask, listen, and help you understand and evaluate your shoe needs. Picked up the gel cross trainers for my wife and a pair of dynaflyte runners for myself. We forgot about our discount, went back later to get it applied and they apologized to us!!! Our mistake, yet they apologized!!!

It was my first time purchasing ASICS Running Shoes at Tanger Outlets and it was the best experience! ASICS employees were very knowledgeable. They took the time to ask me questions and explain their various running shoe selection. The ASICS employees watched how I walked and provided recommendations on which running shoe would be the most appropriate for me. I was also helped by the store Manager, Justin, who was very friendly and truly cared about my running experience with ASICS. I purchased a pair of Women's GT-2000 and I've noticed a huge difference in my running, giving me more confidence per stride, no more knee pain after my run and the ability to run much longer than I have before. Thank you Justin and ASICS Team at Tanger Outlets Ottawa!
