They only want your money and positive reviews on their website. I got a faulty product that broke after one use. I tried contacting their customer service department and have not heard back in a week so I decided to leave a one star review for the faulty product. Their website won't let me post the review to the website even though it meets with all review guidelines.

The quality is lacking on many of their products, especially their licensed mugs. Whatever method they use to apply images to the mugs is of abysmal quality. It would appear they're not designed to withstand pouring fresh coffee into the mug as the heat causes the image sealant to break down. Staff act helpful when you're looking to buy stuff as they want to make a sale. Told them I was shopping for a friend who was 6'2" and didn't let me know that the throw I got was only 5'5" in length.
