At a recent visit to Ricki's at the St Laurent location, I had a really enjoyable shopping experience. Clothes shopping is not on my list of favorite things to do, so I appreciate sales associates who can help me quickly, efficiently, and who know their stock. I was greeted by a lovely woman named Deidre, who proceeded to take me around the store and assist me in choosing several tops and blazers, pretty scarves, and earring to complete the look. Her service throughout was polite and friendly. At the cash, I was assisted by Ashley. She augmented Deidre's service with a friendly and humorous close to my shopping excursion. Thank you both for excellent service!
