I am a new customer of New Look Eyewear and am very pleased with both the product and services offered. The staff are polite and professional. I had a challenging prescription for specific lenses to be replaced, and they took the time to provide me with an exact fit. I have already recommended their company to others and will definitely go back again in a few years time. Also, their competitor who has a business in the same city of Ottawa did not offer proper care, so that is why I ended up choosing New Look.
