I've never been to Mr. Pretzels but today I tried it and never again, what a turn off, the staff is arrogant and the service was slow, no taste

I've been there 3 times. The first 2 times, the pretzels were amazing, melted in your mouth, lots of cinnamon and sugar. Today(Dec 16) the dough was almost dry, not nearly enough butter, and almost no cinnamon and sugar?! I could understand if they were very busy, but there was no one in line before or after us. I hope they get it right or the next time might be the last for us.

I find the staff here very friendly and have been coming at least twice a week since they opened. The pretzels are huge and delicious.

The staff needs to take a customer service course, terrible service, won't be going back until I see fresh faces and it's too bad cause I work in the mall but I guess I will be going to Cinnabon
