Today, My Daughter who is a collage student who also works, went into the St. Laurent Shopping Mall location and because she was dressed in a school hoodie sweatshirt and jeans, she was treated by a senior sales lady as though she did not belong there and was dismissed by that sales clerk and got no service from her. Customers should not be judged by their attire and treated so unprofessionally. Because of this you lost a $300 sale today.
