I've been coming to kurves for quite some time now, usually for the eyebrow threading which they do perfectly however I believe that is their only expertise. I went in on sunday november 6th 2022 for a lip, chin and sideburns wax and I strongly believe that the estheticians ARE NOT properly nor professionally trained on how to wax one's face. She applied the wax directly onto my skin, not applying any pre-wax lotion or anything
