This message is regarding to file a complaint against one of the employee working at curves at St Laurent Ottawa shopping centre. There is a shop inside the St Laurent where I went to get my eyebrows done. The lady named Mursal made my eyebrows two different shapes. I asked her to fixed them or to do something about her very politely. She started yelling at me and spoke to another girl in her language. She used f*** words so many times with me and asked me to "get out". She had no respect for the customers. Even other customers sitting there left because of her this behaviour with me. I always got my eyebrows done from Curves brow bar in Toronto and never had any bad experience. After this experience and how she behaved with me I never went back to Curves. I did not know that type of unprofessional people work for curves. I had no means to contact with the manager but documented everything and also informed the mall security and customer service. She was very rude and should be fired. I hope she wont do this with anyone else
