I'm a longtime Koodo customer and recently recommended their services to a friend whom I accompanied to the Koodo Kiosk at the St. Laurent Mall. She got great service there from Rahim and Fatima and is now a very happy Koodo customer.

There a person at the ST Laurent kiox in Ottawa ontario that gave me super great service. Her name was Jane. She was able to setup my new phone in no time. Also I return back one week after with an other problem with my phone and she was able to resolved the problem in a short time. Its people like her that will keep me at a koodo customer. If I an the rate her service I would give her a 10 plus. Thanks again for your support.
