I was at the St Laurent store Monday November 16 between 3:30-4:15 getting my watch battery replaced and the customer service left much to be desired. He was an older man, I would have said gentleman except he was not, and he appeared to have an issue with serving me. In these times when online shopping is on the rise, customer service should be exemplary! Due to his behaviour unless my battery dies before the warranty expires I will be taking my business elsewhere. I will say that the young woman who stepped in while he was ignoring me and my daughter was lovely.
