Went in the St. Laurent location to purchase 2x pair of Nike are force 1s for my teenage kids and the staff were just talking amongst themselves and could care less that we were there waiting to purchase. Left there and went to Champs at Rideau Center to purchase both pairs with great customer service. Never again will I shop at this location.
