I am still Laurent shopping centre worker. I been baying my coffee at cinnamon for 4 years and last week on Saturday I waited for the my coffee and cousin get it because the employees were talking to each other or with the friends completely ignoring me . The employee was holding the empty cup in her hand and kept talking with her friend and leekiing her fingers. I was very mad and I threw the strau on the floor and left. VERY BAD!!!. Next day the supervisor of the cinnamon so me and instead of the apologies for the bad service she told me not to come anymore. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL SUPERVISOR!!!

Went to pick up a dozen today (Saturday Jan. 19 2019) and was ignored by the young girl who was the only one serving. Two of her friends showed up and stepped in front of me to chat with her. Then another one arrived. There were other customers in line looking irritated. I left. She either has no training or needs to be repirmanded.
