They Cancelled my order through email before Christmas. Piece I was wanting is still listed on website as available and will ship before Christmas lol. No alternative recommendation given. Calling the service center gets you nowhere, they don't answer or return calls. Seems like 3 or 4 stores with different names work off the same website, all have the same service number and extension...
