Street location | by Jeanine Kraemer-Beaupre on Mar 28, 2021
As most customers probably drive from St. Laurent Blvd. into the mall, it would sure help if you situated the street in relation to your store plan. I don't know this mall well and can't figure out how far the Bay is from the Cleo store and how to get there from the Bay and if I can drive my car close to it or not.
Nothing new | by Bill Warnock on Dec 03, 2020
St. Laurent has been around for a long, long time and the mall is old and tired with the same stuff any other mall has. There is no real reason to go there.
customer service | by arka on Apr 03, 2018
is there a phone number to use to access the customer service ?
Rogers AT&T | by Helen on Mar 23, 2018
It would be very helpful if we could locate the stores on a map before going into the Mall. Other people like myself are limited to how far they can walk and knowing where the store is located would help us know where to park so we can be close to our destination. I'm very disappointed that I could not check the internet for the store location inside the mall.
Lockers | by Ucha tal on Dec 27, 2017
I can't believe that a mall this size and linked to public transportation doesn't offer a coat check service nor lockers especially for the wintertime! I came from Rideau centre with 2 kids a big bag and all of us with bulky winter coats and boots... and had to drag it all across the mall. Won't be here long.
