Before entering the store, we are greeted by people asking for money! The shelves are not stocked, produce is not fresh, flowers are dying and then leaving the store, another person asking for money. Clean up the store pls!

I bring my elderly mother to South Keys Walmart. We often try and go to the exit door to avoid the person outside the entrance asking for money. Today there was someone at the exit sitting on the ground asking for money as well. It scares my mother being asked for money (dementia). I feel for people but this is NOT a solution. Will be trying another walmart for us to shop.

This is my go to place for weekly shopping and its the worst grocery store ive wver dealt with. From stealing accusations and employees grabing you, to no employees at all, to rudeness, harassment over cigning up for thier mastercard, to charging a week late for online geocery pick up, the list goes on forever. The place is alway dirty,shelves empty,prices messed up.

I bought a pack of cotton masks the other day that clearly say ages 5-12. When I took it home, I opened the package and was surprised to see how tiny the masks actually are. The are literally for a 3 year old. I have a 5 year old it definitely too small. I went pack to this location and not only did the manager tell the staff member serving me to leave me and serve other people, but she was very rude. This location lacks customer service.

I was able to get everything I needed, requested help for location of a few products and was nicely directed, and was pleased with my choices. Paying for my shopping was terrible. It was a Thursday, at months end. Everyone knows it’s a busy shopping few days!!!! South Keys had 2 cashiers available for those with large orders, one for the express cash, and the self cash area was held up with problems. Two supervisors walked around with a clipboard and counted people and baskets. But neither thought of opening a cash themselves. Really shabby service.
