Recently I was in Ottawa specifically to visit this store as I love the brand. However the attitude of the young employees, all female in this case, leaves much to be desired. I got the impression they find you a nuisance. No pride in their work they want to get me in and out as fast as possible. Did not detect one genuine nice smile of either of these girls faces. On girl looked and acted more like a security guard. I would suggest the HR department invests in some enthusiastic (maybe older) sales persons who care about their customer. I will not return. Will go back to a store in Europe when visiting family overseas again. Thank you.
