Purchased 2 (TWO) same items (different color) to try on at home, and got a confirmation from a sales person that I can return one of those, once I make a decision. That was completely disregarded when I came back 3 days later – The items were allegedly on sale (??), and the sale items are not eligible for a refund, only exchange. Funny enough, NOBODY bothered to tell me this fairly important piece of info. Sleezy staff and the manager.

Deceitful manager and employees. On 2 separate occasions between 2 different employees I was told that I would be able to return an item providing I had the receipt. Less than 24 hours later they state that no such conversation took place and was a misunderstanding on my behalf. Terrible business ethics

This is the worst shop that I has ever been. The security tag was left on my purchased and also along with a wrong gift receipt. It was so embarrassing for me to send that as a gift to my friend. My friend can't even receive an exchange due to removed price tag (We aren't told before hand) and also with a wrong gift receipt. I am so disappointed with this shop and will never go again. The attitude of the saleswoman is also not good at all. I didn't receive any apologies from them. This is really a nightmare to me. This will be my last item ever from that shop.
