Was in the Guess Rideau Centre store yesterday to return a dress I bought in another Guess store the day before and could not believe how I was treated. The female salesperson at the cash (really wish I got her name !) was the epitome of exactly what you DONT expect today when it comes to customer service ! What I apparently did wrong was remove the sales tag at home when I was trying the dress back on to ensure it was right for the occasion the following weekend. I decided it wasn’t. BUT because the sales tag wasn’t attached she refused to return it....even though I had retained everything and had literally just bought the dress hours before. She then proceeded to accuse me of wearing it and then returning it, despite me telling her I didn’t. So in fact I was called a liar ...without even checking the dress or taking the high road and believing me...a potential returning customer. Unbelievable, and her smugness just made the situation worse. I fully understand companies have policies BUT I’m sorry discretion trumps ! You won’t EVER see me or anyone of my friends at this store EVER...life’s too short to be treated so poorly. I’m sorry girl but you need to find another occupation, preferably one that’s behind the scenes NOT dealing with the public. You have a lot to learn !
