This location provides very inappropriate customer service. Three sales persons from this store confirmed, that there is a promotion going on, and if I ordered the winter jacket online, it would be with a 50% discount. The discount would come based on my 'adventure rewards program' membership'. So I filled out the form on the ipad, as advised by the sales person, applied the membership number, but when I got to the end of the order - the amount due didn't show any discounts. I asked why, and was told that the discount will be applied at the checkout. Well, no discount was applied even at checkout point, and I was charged the full amount. Immediately the sales person turned away from me and said she doesn't know what happened to the order, that she was just helping me with. The store manager (Chris) walked in, and I explained to him what happened, and also asked him why the 50% discount wasn't applied to my order. The answer was - 'I don't know what to say, you can call customer service of Eddie Bauer company to find out what happened'. This is not the expected level of customer service, that we should be getting! Also, if you are not sure about the current promotions - don't mislead your customers. Some of the items in the store are fairly expensive, so a 50% discount sounds like a good deal. Not impressed at all!
