My 2.5 year old had never worn a mask before and he was having difficulties leaving it on at all times. At one point, as I kneeled down to explain to my son that he needs to put on his mask, the manager was on top of me and in a very unpleasant And direct tone said “ he needs to put on his mask!”. I did not respond as I did not like his tone and I was in the process of putting my sons mask back on. I will not be returning to the store.

I shopped at this Disney store yesterday. And must say it was the best experience I have had with the help from cast members. And huge selection of plush, mugs, clothes, wide variety of things for all price ranges. I must of spent a couple hundred dollars and will return before end of year seeing I'm not from Ottawa. Hopefully on my next visit the cast member will keep his word and let me help with the opening ceramonies so I can get a key for unlocking the magic,very disappointed he would not accomadate me even though he saw I spent a load of money in store.
