I purchased a Gravenhurst 4 piece patio set and was not told it came in a box which required assembly, (salesperson Toufic Nahum). I would have put the box in my SUV and saved the $75 delivery. Secondly when I asked if assembly was difficult he told me it "probably" was not difficult to assemble but he would still charge me the 20 percent restocking fee if I opened the box to assess the degree of difficulty in assembling the set. Then he told me he had to end the phone conversation because there was an emergency. I am not in the habit of buying things at the Bay and now I remember why.
