I had the best experience EVER in purchasing jeans! The acting manager m Mitchell was the reason. His efficiency, kindness & patience & going above & beyond what we expected. It was a joy to have Mitchell serve us! We'll be back & are happy to recommend your store to our Orleans friends.

5 days ago, I contacted Marks Orleans in order to buy black pants for my daughter who is starting her first job. The lady on the phone advise me that we could make an appointment for my daughter to come and get some black pants. Today we show up to our appointment to be told by the lady that she can only offer her construction pants. I explain that this is not satisfactory since she will be front desk at a restaurant. The lady rudely told me that “that they could only sell industrial looking pants “. Why was I not told that in the phone when I made the appointment! Not to mention the 30 minutes drive and the wait in the parking lot to enter for my appointment. Not impressed at all !
