After waiting several months for a call to pick up a skirt I had ordered online, staff finally contacted me. When I arrived at the mall two days later to get my package, the woman there slit the bottom of the bag, kept my bill after making me sign it and then refused to give me another bag unless I bought one from her. Not sure what planet these people are from, but I don't think many of us will be returning with this sort of client service!
