The place was practically empty. I very clearly left 3 lotto tickets on the armrest while getting a pediicure, went back a couple of hours later and the owner immediately said I had nothing in my hands when I walked in. NEVER AGAIN.

If I could put a 0 star on this review, I would. I arrived at the nail salon with 2 friends wanting acrylics. We thought it was cheap and Lisa, which was the only one there, did our nails. She went in with the drill and was VERY agressive. One of my fingers was bleeding under my cuticles (She didn’t even get rid of them). She sticked the fake nails with, I suppose, dollar store glue and she didn’t even stick the right size on our nails, so some were too small. We all wanted coffin shaped nails and she did it SO bad. We also didn’t even approve of how short we wanted it, she cut them before we could even talk. But that’s not the worse of it. She was so rushed and didn’t give a crap about us that she cut the nails with scissors crooked and uneven. It was so ugly. It took about an hour and a half and us 3 costumers were the only one in the salon. At the beginning, we looked at all the colors which were all very pretty, though she waited so long to tell us that if we wanted these colors we had to pay 10$ of extra!! That is so expensive for a simple color. So we refused to buy that and went to the stack of UGLY OLD METALLIC COLORS. We stayed there for two hours and a half and Lisa were still doing our nails. A costumer then entered the salon and Lisa went straight to her nails. it took her VERY long to tell us that our nails were done that the costumer’s nails were already done. Now to the quality; The nails were bumpy, crooked, uneven, not the right shape, the nail polish and glue were everywhere on our fingers. She never put clear back on so I had to put it at home. It wasn’t terrible service but an enormously long wait! Never again, go to another place. You might as well put your hand in a blender with paint in it and it will do the same thing. Waste of time and money.

Gorgeous nails. Natural looking. Lots of compliments. Only thing is that it took about 1.5 hours. Smooth finish and great colour.

Now not working in downtown and moved to Orleans from Rothwell Heights found Lisa and her salon. Am very pleased with the nail care and the staff. Like her advise and customer service. Thx.

I have gone here 5 times, the first time I found my nails to be nice but it was the only time Lisa completely did by herself, other visits she either starts or gets someone else to start, I found that her staff are not experience (excluding her daughter) the others are very slow and I had a gentlemen do a pedicure which took 90 minutes due to the fact he had to go help others, he also was not use to doing them, Lisa had to come and use the blade on my feet because he could not. I did ask the last time for acrylic with shellac and she put gel saying it was stronger, that's not what I had asked for. I find the wait time way to long and For these reasons I will not be returning,

FUNGUS CITY DON'T GO THERE. My friend and I went there for a pedicure at the end of May. The prices are way overpriced and the manager even charged my friend an extra 10$ to remove her shellac. A month after, we removed our color and discovered that we BOTH HAD BAD FUNGUS on a few of our toes. We came in today to discuss it diplomatically with the manager and she started lying about how it wasn't from her salon and how she had told my friend she had noticed something on her nails beforehand... which is not true. She also said that someone must've stepped on our toes??!!!? There was a few customers in the spa hence why she was so defensive. She started to shout at us in front of 4 of her clients and didn't want to compensate us... Denied the whole thing saying she had an inspector last week blah blah blah... It is very embarrassing since we now have to buy a treatment and cannot get any pedicures done in a salon for quite a while... FUNGUS CITY DO NOT GO.
