If could I would have gave this BMO branch a zero for bad customer service and manners. Just moved from Toronto to Ottawa , what a difference in customer service. Ottawa staff are rude and not helpful at all. I walked in the branch , lots of staff in the office and at the counter sitting, I told one young guy I worked 12 hrs shift and I needed to pay my son tuition fee urgent , He flatly refused and told me to book an appointment.
