I bought two pair of glasses in a promotional deal advertised by this location. I paid approximately $1160.00 for two pair of glasses. Both pair were sent back to the lab more than once because I could not see properly when wearing them. The staff blamed it on the prescription. Having worn glasses for over 55 years, I have never heard this before. Out of sheer frustration, I took both pair and figured I could live with them for a year till my next eye appointment. Keep in mind that from the day of purchase, till the day I accepted both pair of glasses was almost 3 months.After 6 months of wearing the better of the two pair, the frame actually fell apart while I was wearing the glasses. No accident, no injury, no force. The frame literally came apart for no reason. Just be careful with this service. Expensive lesson learned.
