Every time I walk in another great staff member is gone; staff turnover is crazy, new girls in training every week. The past couple months it's as though you're trying to drive people away with a grumpy new manager and a bunch of untrained staff in a messy store. Thanks, I'll go to St. Laurent where your old manager transferred for my Christmas shopping, or I'll pick a company with better staffing to support.
