I ordered 8 custom fitted Ping irons in late August 2021. I was told to expect 10 weeks. They arrived in mid-February. I asked the manager for a store credit. He told me it was Ping's issue. I told him I bought them from Golf Town, not Ping. He told me that I could return the clubs--I waited 6 mths for--if I wanted, but I would not be getting a store credit. I told him he would be losing a customer. He was fine with that. So long Golf Town.

Sale item "S" pricing "difficult to understand and when your ask for help they have the same issue as you, your given a price only to find out it's not in the system at the cash. Now the cashier is looking at the flyer and is calling the manager, !5 minutes later everyone is looking for the manager so it seems. One girl sounds off "am I the only one working here. I was given a price for golf balls and wanted to purchase 3 boxes and after a half hour or so that I needed to purchase 36 doz. to get the sale price. FYI. ken
