BUYER BEWARE! Don't purchase anything from this company they are awful. i spent 4k on a brand new fridge, i had it delivered only to discover it was defective. I called in right away to report the issue only to discover the moment its delivered they wash their hands of you. if you plug in the device or open the packaging you void your warranty. i was told to go deal with the manufacturer they will not help me even with my extended warranty. purchased a fridge and stove, on scheduled delivery date showed up without the Fridge without advising, so i had sold my old one. then tell me they are back order would wait many weeks even if had some in stock. a few days later they try to deliver the fridge and they damaged it, to get one quickly i had to get a different model, and now i am having issues getting the changes done to extended warranty. it has only been frustrations. go elsewhere

We got Ryan to help us out with our washer purchase. He was knowledgeable, polite and quick. Couldn’t ask for better service . We were in an out in under 20’ which I really appreciated. The delivery was just the same, fantastic. Will definitely be coming back for my next purchases !

I recently bought a Dishwasher Frigidaire FGIP2468UP. Plumber was able to hook up the dishwasher but it he spent over 90 trying to get it it start. He called your help line, followed the instructions from on-line help and the dishwasher did not start. Dishwasher was 'live' but never engaged. I want to return it at your expense and I want to get all my money back. Very disappointed!!! My first and last purchase from Canadian Appliance Source.

Alex Polak is a great sales person, he is knowledgeable of the products, polite and very helpful. I bought 6 appliances with him with no troubles at all and he is very efficient as well getting my refund!

79$ delivery and to connect new washer but none of the rest of the moving is part of the service. Seems like a rip off and not what sales man said the movers would do but then was on sale papers and when I spoke to someone to book delivery. Very disappointed. Will never shop there ever again.
