When the pandemic started and Bulk Barn offered online ordering and free pick up, I jumped on it. There is great follow up, customer service and it is so easy to pick up your favorite items (along with plenty of free parking). The store is clean and staff well-trained. *Note: BB's specialty coffees are outstanding, I highly recommend this location.

I want to comment one of the clerks (don't know his name). He is a young gentleman who was vert thoughtful & helpful to me yesterday around 4p.m. When I left the store I found a flat tire. He was nice enough to lend me his phone to call for help which ended up to be over an hour later. In the meantime he offered me water & a chair, but I had my walker to sit on. He kept checking on me & suggested I call back to ask how much longer I had to wait. He was so polite as I watched him serve the customers, something you don't see too often. I wish I had gotten his name so I could thank him for all the help he gave me. It is so appreciated. And by the way I love your products.
