I am so upset of shoppng at Banana Republic factory store today because I was dealing with a sale associate named Abdu. He forget to set a fitting room for me and he couldn't remember where he put my clothes which took half an hour for me to choose. I left the store without buying anything. He wasted my time and also lost a sale because he does not have any customer service skills. What is the point of hiring him for the company and for the customers?
