Service warning....Do NOT DO BUSINESS WITH LINCOLN FIELDS SHOE REPAIR SHOP located in the Lincoln Fields mall. A month ago I brought my beautiful blue heels into them to have the heel tips replaced. It took 5 minutes, he charged me $12.00 for the fix. Sounds good right? NOT. He asked me if I wanted a bag. I said no..he insisted. I got the shoes home to realize the heel was now snapped in half. I took the shoes back in and of course I was told I snapped them myself. I argued....they said Don't worry we will fix it. Give us two weeks. I gave them three. Walked in tonight to be told that there nothing they are going to do for me.
