The gym is a nice upgrade. Management needs a change. These guys have lost the CARE factor with how they TREAT both clients and the staff they have. Members see a lot. Its obvious to a lot of us how negative and unhappy the fitness manager is ... As for the manager... Not to be judgemental...for the manager of a gym should be in fantastic shape... He is the first manager I can recall from walkley to heron that has not looking the part. As for the fitness manager he is moody...barely says hello and is very aggressive when speaking with his staff and even members. I wonder how much training these guys get? They need more !!! Much more. New facility ...impressive but it doesn't make me want to stay.
