I went to Tommy Hilfiger at College Square looking for a purse for my wife, and a super helpful associate named Roy assisted me in finding the perfect one. Great service. Highly recommend.

I am not happy with Tommy Hilfiger at College Square and up to today was a regular happy customer. I get the corona virus situation, I get that stores have to limit the number of people in the store. But I think who ever was controlling today was clueless. I arrived at 1:15 (1st in line) to closed doors, looked like very few were in the store. A gentlemen finally came out and said that the store was a to capacity and will take a bit. A customer did come out and I expected to be let in and he said it would be a couple minutes. Then he can out at 1:30 and said they are not letting anyone in until 2:15 after their 2:00 George Floyd 8:46 minutes of silence. That's where I have the problem whats up from 1:30 to 2:00, I explained I know what I am buying (2 golf shirts) and will be out in 5 minutes, to no avail. Your store has to weight the convenience of the customer (taking time to drive there and wait) against the corona virus. In this case the corona virus was a excuse not a reason to not take in more customers as other customers left especially someone waiting in line from 1:15. Shame on you. Lots of stores sell T-shirt and would be more considerate of their customers time then you in this case. You might think that I am being unreasonable, but being 1st in line and waiting 1 hour to access a store for a couple shirts. I think not.

This is the worse store I have ever experienced of Tommy never opened on time and closed by employees in the afternoon while other stores remains open. No one care for this store we ask THF Canada to close this nonsense store and fire its employees. This store working hours is joke and there is no regard for customers. We ask Tommy HF Canada to close this cheap location fire its emoyees and open new store at Bayshore Mall.
