This place is very cold when it comes to customer service

My family and I come here often. Everytime we're there they're always out of something. They seem to always run out of guacamole and spinach. They're reason is. We get stock Friday......or they never delivered it. I'm tired if excuses, why not order more so that you don't always run out. I extract a sub with everything I like on it, seems like we're always compromising on ingredients.
