I have bought many items over rhe years at this store. I received the worse custonmer service in my life. The clerk just stared at me when I made my purchase like I was suppose to make the transaction. I stopped on the way out to make a comment to another store employee and her response was she is shy and turned her back on me and walked away. I will never ever go back in this store again.

I am very disappointed with hearingaid I bought from Showcase recently. There is no way to shorten the tubing to fit around my ear and the clicking noise is maddening. I meant only to use it until I get my professionally made, permanent one. I bought the first one 2 years ago or so and it cost $19.99 then. The new one cost me more. Is it returnable for a better one?
