The Fit For Life fast food restaurant located in the food court area of Carlingwood Mall. The owner her name is Rose is very nice polite and friendly. She explained the whole menu to us. She was right the food there is healthy fresh and amazingly good. We have become regular customer there. You should definitely check it out; it won't disappoint you. Great Food best service ever.
