Bought another cutting board at the Carlingwood Store Ottawa. It was $2.50 and the paper that comes with it says to paraphrase: long lasting, resists cuts, stains and odours. Not true. we are lucky to get three months out of it before we have to throw it away. Los of cuts and stains. Maybe long lasting means three months or less. As for your prices, it is hard to find anything for $1.00 as everything is more. Great idea when the stores first came out but management got greedy as everyone seems to do. Yes, I don't have to shop there but regular stores are just as bad and I might get a few savings at those Dollar Stores. Not near as the savings as when the stores first came out!
