This kiosk is manned by an associate with serious anger issues. His treatment of customers is disgusting. Previously I had seen his disgusting treatment of others but yesterday I had a first hand experience. Its sad that such a person gives a bad name to a friendly mall. Disgusting and almost inhuman treatment of customers. The associate who was there pre-pandemic had such a pleasing personality, unlike the present guy who is downright evil.
