This place was able to help me when no other mechanic was able to (6 different shops and 1 dealership). My issue was with locking lug nuts where the key was damaged. Every other mechanic told me that their bolt extractors wouldn't work on my rims because there wasn't enough space to latch onto the bolts. They said they'd have to drill into the bolt, and possibly damage my rims in the process (either cosmetically or to the point where they'd have to be replaced). The dealership told me the person who previously worked on my car over-tightened the bolt and that even their master key couldn't undo the bolts. They also said they'd have to drill and possibly damage my rims. They all quoted up to $400 to remove 4 locking bolts! I got a recommendation to Active Green & Ross and Cory was able to use my damaged key to remove 2 of the bolts! Something all other mechanics claimed they couldn't do. He did this in less than 30 mins. He then told me that the bolts were NOT over-tightened and anyone should have been able to remove them. At this point, the key was beyond damaged and couldn't open the other 2 bolts. Cory called the dealership at another location and explained to them the situation and told me I could drive there right now and have them removed. All in all, It took me a total1 hour to remove the 4 locking bolts that I was told would cost $400 + damage to my rims! The guys at Active Green and Ross were honest and found the fastest and simplest solution to get those locking bolts off my wheels. They were patient and explained everything to me (I'm also a female so I'm not sure what the other reviews are referring to about being treated differently). The people there are honestly so kind and helpful!
