Today I took my 92 year old husband to have his glasses fixed after he sat on them and seriously bent the frames. Mark Hube immediately recognized him as an old customer and enthusiastically and efficiently went about about resurrecting the frames, refusing the payment I offered. Such a pleasant experience! And he has an excellent stock of contemporary frames. It will be my go-to place for future purchases, for sure. Thank you, Mark!

Marc has been offering me nothing but top notch service for over 20 years, since moving to this neighborhood. He is also very generous in offering a donation for our silent auction to support Mental Health at CHEO. Everyone I've referred to Marc say he's a nice guy and very helpful with picking out glasses that fit well, and quality products. Thanks Marc we are lucky to have you at Nelms Blue Heron Mall.

The Gentleman that runs the store (Marc) is very nice and helpful. He doesn't try to push you to buy stuff you might not want or need. He is just very concerned with getting you what you need with no pressure. It took a few days from my fitting visit to when I was wearing my new glasses out of the store. The prices are great and the quality is as good as or better than any other place I checked into.
