While my friends and I were trying yesterday to start a conversation with our travel agent this male employee behind us started shamefully to yell at us in such a brusk and aggressive tone that we were stunned. This all because in his view we were "too loud" while he was on the phone. Unbelievable to see such rudeness! Not going there again!!

I went to Hand today together with 3 friends. As we were milling around the agent we were to see, we did not see an agent behind us was on the phone. He proceeded to yell at us very rudely, something to the effect of 'will you be quiet, I'm on the phone and cannot hear my client'. He yelled loudly and had an extreme scowl on his face. I told him I didn't like his attitude and that he was very rude. He told me I was rude, pointing his finger
