Kusai, one of the representatives.I am impressed based on my experience and by observing him dealing with a variety of customers, while I was waiting in line. He deals with customers equally and professionally with no prejudice, and with the same attention, amability, courtesy and patience, even when he deals with several including difficult customers at the same time.
