I went to have a ring sized and the first time it came back it was too small and that's fine - these things happen. However, when explaining that the ring was still too snug to wear comfortably, the women working decided for me that it was actually the right size and I didn't need it any bigger. I had to fight and argue ??? which is absurd to me, and we'd agreed on a size: 4 1/2, that's what was written on the envelope to go to the jeweller. However, one woman decided that pinky rings don't need to be that size and she had it sized too small once again, now I can't wear the ring, again. They also made sure to tell me that if I wanted what I asked for, i'd have to pay again. She had the ring sent off to be sizes at 4 1/4 - now the antique heirloom has to heated and pounded AGAIN at a different jeweller obviously. You should be ashamed of making people feel like they don't know what they want. I'm not one to usually write reviews like this but I've been so upset over this and when I called to complain it was the same awful woman.
