The staff was great BUT I asked about the 'return policy' and was told within 14 days I could get a refund. What they didn't say was I could NOT get my money back but I could get a refund in the way of giftcard. Seriously? I paid cash and expect the same in a refund. Shame on you and I will NOT return to the store. BUYER BEWARE. They will certainly take your money but will NOT refund in the way you paid. Only in a gift card! Shame on you Showcase I expected more. I will NOT be back.
