On May 3rd, 2018, I dropped off 3 watches to change the batteries. One of the watches was broken by the salesperson while he tried to change the battery. As a result of this, he said they would replace all 3 batteries free of charge. When they called me to tell me to pick up my watches, I assumed at least 2 of them would be ready as the broken one would take longer to fix. I went to the store on May 20th and only 1 watch was available. When they called me a second time, I went to the store on June 16th only to be told that one was not available - I picked-up the one they broke but the other one was still missing. I asked the salesperson how long does it take to change a battery in a watch? 1 month and half since I dropped off my watches!!! This is very poor service, not given the fact that instead of calling me when all 3 watches are ready, no, they make me go there twice and still I'm missing a watch and have to go there again. The "free battery", well, I probably paid it in gas just going there. The service is very poor, I would never return to that store and will tell everyone I know about the poor service I got. I mean, it's just changing a battery in a watch, it's not rocket science!

I would not recommend coming here to have your rings resized. When I originally came in I was told my ring would take one week by the gentleman behind the counter. When I came in the next day I was told by a woman behind the desk that it would be 2-3 weeks. When I asked how much it would cost she did not know and I was told a manager would call me. No one did. I called back a week later and asked the same question and again was told she did not know and a manager would call me. No one did. I came in at the 2 and half week mark and was told it would be in sometime Thursday. I called Thursday and was told Friday, I called Friday morning and was told later that day. I call later that day and am then told Saturday. I am not extremely frustrated and convinced they lost my engagement ring. I call Saturday morning and it is still not in. I was then told the manager wasn't in all weekend and would be in on Tuesday, but then another person said a manager tried to call me. But how is this so when the manager wasn't in all weekend and I did not have one missed call. I absolutely would not recommend going to this place. It was my first and only experience here. I should of gone to my jeweler on Carling. Fooshin Jewlery. They are honest and reliable.
