Misleading and pushy sales tactics, overpriced, no refunds | by Adam on Aug 20, 2018
Bought an s7 tempered glass protector after discussing concerns I had from hearing they had poor adhesion and interfered with touch (due to the rounded sides). They assured me that wasn't the case, and pushed me into buying the protector (seemed overpriced also). It looked like it was working fine at first, but wasn't until I got home I noticed how messed up the touch was on the curved sides. Then I removed it which was effortless, proving the adhesion was going to be an issue in the long run. But apparently they don't offer refunds or anything, avoid this place at all costs.

Bought a phone case from these guys. Had it for 2 days and the glue was already letting go. I didn’t think anything of it, defective products happen all the time, until I went in and the manager tried to tell me it was my fault. I’m sorry but a $30 phone case shouldn’t fall apart after 2 days. So he tells me it’s my fault and then just turns around and walks away and tries to avoid me. Once he realizes I’m not going away he comes back over and tells me I put the cards in too hard and then grabs the case and tries to force the card in and realizes when the card goes in ever so slowly that he’s dug himself a hole and tries to pretend that it didn’t happen. After about 10 minutes of arguing with him he finally agrees to get a replacement, he didn’t have anymore in stock and tells me he will order in another one with the next shipment and will call me when it arrives. So I wait and 2 weeks later I haven’t received that call, I head into the store and speak to the person working, only to find out that the shipment came in, and instead of setting it aside and calling me to inform me it has arrived, he just sold it to someone else. I’ve never experienced such horrible customer service. They absolutely will not accept returns and put up a big fight over exchanges, all that tells me is they know their products are poor quality.
